Introduction

Reflective powder is made of glass beads materials, it is the key component of light-emitting materials such as reflective fabric, reflective film and reflective coating. It is characterized by its strong retro-reflective effect without any additional electric power. It has been widely used in safety signs of road, port, mine and fire control. 

Its application in work suit and life-saving appliance that provides additional protection and security to users.

Application Method: Applied in coating, screen printing or spraying and so on.

Usage: 

1, Reflective powder can be added into the ink, made reflective ink, screen printing or brushing to fabric or other items. 

The reflection brightness changes along with the amount of adding powder. Mixing rate: Add about 30~50% of glass bead by 

weight, into the clear printing ink.

 2, First printing a layer aluminum silver paste/aluminum powder at the bottom -- The surface layer prints the reflective ink--- Drying solidification
